Francis has been Chief Executive Officer since our founding in 1986. He has extensive experience in manufacturing and construction having led thousands of projects across the country over the last four decades. He is passionate in his belief that indigineous African businesses can consistently deliver high quality, globally competitive projects. This has been his driving belief at Sideways and he is always excited to deliver and convert naysayers!
Esther has been Chief Operating Officer for 20+ years. She has extensive experience in all parts of the business ranging from finance and accounting, to customer service, to day-to-day operations. She has deep leadership expertise having held multiple leadership roles in various community organisations. Esther is passionate about optimizing business operations and delivering value.
Mary has served as Head of Marketing and Business Development since 2018. She has a background in Actuarial Science in the insurance field, curriculum development in education and the general start-up space. She is passionate about growing African businesses and markets.
